Making complex needs clearer — and support more effective.

Lexeo was established to meet the growing demand for specialist advice, professional learning and targeted teaching in language and communication. We help education settings understand the needs beneath difficulties with learning, literacy, behaviour and social communication.

Meet the Director

John Lavender

John brings more than 30 years of teaching experience across mainstream and specialist education. His background includes work as a SENDCo / ALNCo, Senior Leadership Team member, specialist teacher, researcher and professional learning facilitator.

That combination of academic research and first-hand school leadership means Lexeo’s advice remains grounded in what education professionals and learners experience every day.
